NICS is a mobile, web-based communications platform that enables responders on scene at a developing incident to request and receive assistance from remote experts.

LaaSer Critical Communications’ proprietary caller location determination technology earned U.S. patent No., which covers the systems and methods of LaaSer’s location determination and emergency call-routing technology. The technology assists service providers in determining the location of an individual who is in need of help, including interfaces, data repositories, communication methods and other components. It covers determination of a 9-1-1 call’s dispatchable location and that location being communicated to a public-safety answering point.
